Key Responsibilities:
- Manage PMO operations and lead a team of PMO managers and support staff.

- Oversee core PMO functions including scheduling, resource management, risk management, governance, budgeting, and change control.
- Handle onboarding and offboarding of resources and track security clearance statuses.
- Utilize Microsoft 365, SharePoint, and project management tools like Microsoft Project, JIRA, and Confluence.

The ideal candidate will possess active SC Clearance and have a strong background in Project Management Office operations, with the following skills and experiences:
- Experience working in a PMO environment and implementing best practice frameworks that align with large-scale Government Project Delivery standards and processes.
- Proven leadership skills in managing a PMO team, including PMO managers and support staff.
- Expertise in core PMO functions, such as programme/project scheduling, resource management, risk and issue management, programme governance, budgeting and cost management, and change control.
- Experience with the onboarding and offboarding of resources and tracking the status of security clearances.
- Proficiency in Microsoft 365, SharePoint, and project scheduling and risk management tools, including Microsoft Project, JIRA, and Confluence.
- Experience working in public sector or defence secure environments.
