Summary: The PMO Analyst for the Talent Acquisition Technology Programme will provide essential programme-level planning, governance, and performance support to ensure effective delivery of a large-scale technology transformation. This role requires coordination across agile squads and stakeholders, focusing on modernizing Talent Acquisition platforms through IT-led initiatives. The successful candidate will manage scope, dependencies, risks, and financials within an enterprise IT delivery environment. Experience in IT delivery environments is crucial, as the role is not suitable for those with purely functional Talent Acquisition backgrounds.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide direct PMO support to the Programme Leader across planning, governance and reporting activities.
- Maintain the integrated programme plan across multiple workstreams and agile squads.
- Track delivery progress, milestones, dependencies and inter-squad impacts.
- Own programme-level RAID management, action tracking and escalation activities.
- Produce senior-level reporting for Talent Acquisition, HR Technology and IT governance forums.
- Support financial tracking, forecasting and vendor charge management where applicable.
- Coordinate inputs across Squad Leads, Product Owners, IT teams and external vendors.
- Ensure programme artefacts meet enterprise IT governance and assurance requirements.
- Support delivery across Workday Recruiting optimisation, AI-enabled capabilities and automation initiatives.
Key Skills:
- Proven experience in a PMO or programme support role within IT delivery programmes.
- Experience supporting large and complex technology transformation programmes.
- Exposure to agile and hybrid delivery models.
- Experience supporting HR, Talent Acquisition or Talent technology programmes.

Role Overview: This role provides programme-level planning, governance and performance support to the Programme Leader for a large-scale Talent Acquisition technology transformation. The successful candidate will ensure delivery transparency, strong governance discipline and effective coordination across agile squads, workstreams and stakeholders. The PMO Analyst will operate within an enterprise IT delivery environment, supporting the effective management of scope, dependencies, risks, financials and reporting across Workday, AI-enabled capabilities and automation initiatives. This role supports a large-scale Talent Acquisition technology transformation delivered within the enterprise IT portfolio. The programme focuses on modernising Talent Acquisition platforms, processes and operating models through a combination of Workday Recruiting optimisation, AI-enabled capabilities and digital automation. Delivery is organised around a product- and squad-based agile model, with work structured across multiple, interdependent workstreams. Teams operate at the intersection of Talent Acquisition, HR Technology and IT, translating functional Talent outcomes into scalable, secure and compliant technology solutions. While functional Talent Acquisition knowledge is valuable, this role requires experience delivering IT-led HR or Talent technology projects and is not suitable for candidates with purely functional Talent Acquisition backgrounds and no exposure to IT delivery environments.
