Summary: The PMO Consultant/Analyst role involves managing small projects from initiation to completion, ensuring timely delivery within scope and budget. The position requires strong business analysis and project management skills, with a focus on stakeholder communication and risk mitigation. The contract duration is between 3 to 6 months, primarily remote or hybrid, based in the North West. The ideal candidate will have proven experience in a similar role and proficiency in project management tools.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and manage small projects from initiation to completion, ensuring they are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget.
  • Conduct thorough business analysis to understand project requirements and objectives.
  • Develop and maintain project plans, schedules, and budgets.
  • Coordinate and communicate with stakeholders to ensure project alignment and stakeholder satisfaction.
  • Identify and mitigate project risks and issues.
  • Provide regular project status updates and reports to senior management.
  • Ensure adherence to project management methodologies and best practices.

Key Skills:

  • Proven experience as a PMO Consultant or in a similar project management role.
  • Strong business analysis skills with the ability to gather and document requirements.
  • Excellent project management skills, including planning, scheduling, and budgeting.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Proficiency in project management tools and software.
  • Relevant certifications such as PMP, PRINCE2, or similar.

Salary (Rate): 350
