Summary: The PMO Analyst role involves supporting project and programme delivery with a focus on financial controls, planning, and reporting. Key Responsibilities:
- Managing financial controls: raising Purchase Orders, invoice handling, accruals, recharges, and cost tracking
- Assisting with project/programme planning and replanning
- Ensuring readiness for stage gates and supporting Change Requests and gate reviews
- Maintaining and challenging RAID logs
- Providing milestone reporting, management information, and preparing materials for reviews and steercos
- Tracking actions and preparing meeting minutes
- Supporting resource planning, forecasting, and onboarding
- Managing document libraries and ensuring adherence to UK Change procedures and templates
Key Skills:
- Experience in Senior PMO roles
- Strong financial administration skills
