Summary: The PMO Analyst role involves supporting project and programme delivery with a focus on financial controls, planning, and reporting. Key Responsibilities:

  • Managing financial controls: raising Purchase Orders, invoice handling, accruals, recharges, and cost tracking
  • Assisting with project/programme planning and replanning
  • Ensuring readiness for stage gates and supporting Change Requests and gate reviews
  • Maintaining and challenging RAID logs
  • Providing milestone reporting, management information, and preparing materials for reviews and steercos
  • Tracking actions and preparing meeting minutes
  • Supporting resource planning, forecasting, and onboarding
  • Managing document libraries and ensuring adherence to UK Change procedures and templates

Key Skills:

  • Experience in Senior PMO roles
  • Strong financial administration skills
  • Proficient in project planning, RAID management, and reporting
  • Excellent organisational and communication skills
