Program Director - Investment Bank

Summary: The Program Director for Investment Bank will oversee high-value technology programs, specifically in data and cyber security, requiring travel to Birmingham, Leeds, and Sheffield offices at least two days a week. The role demands extensive experience in managing complex technology transformations within the global banking sector. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership and stakeholder management skills, particularly at the executive level, and will be adept in program governance and risk management. This position is classified as inside IR35 and offers a maximum rate of £700 a day.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage high-value technology programs (£15M+) within global banking.
• Oversee program governance, risk management, and agile methodologies.
• Handle complex technology transformations, including cloud, AI, data, or enterprise platforms.
• Lead and manage stakeholders, particularly at C-suite and executive levels.
• Ensure financial and budget management for cost optimization and ROI-driven execution.
• Navigate regulatory and compliance requirements in financial or enterprise environments.
