Summary: The Deputy Director – Legal Practice Management (LPM) Programme is responsible for leading the LPM Programme across various workstreams, ensuring the successful delivery of the Beta Phase. This role involves building and managing a high-performing team, developing the final business case, and ensuring stakeholder engagement while managing programme budgets and risks. The position requires a strong background in large-scale transformation programmes, particularly within government settings. The role is contract-based for 6 months and requires 60% onsite presence.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the LPM Programme, covering Contentious, Non-Contentious, and Technology Workstreams.
- Build and manage a high-performing team, ensuring delivery of the Beta Phase (development, testing, readiness, and change).
- Develop and deliver the LPM Final Business Case and manage programme budgets, risks, and compliance.
- Ensure robust stakeholder engagement, delivering progress briefings to senior leadership.
- Coordinate technology interfaces and delivery across systems, including HR and Finance.
- Conduct audits and post-implementation reviews, ensuring adherence to standards and methodologies.

Experience Requirements:

- Legal Practice Management Systems and case management systems experience (desirable).
