The Role
You'll join our programmes team, supporting the end-to-end delivery of partner and public-sector programmes.
This is a role for a highly organised multi-tasker who takes pride in getting the details right – and who wants to learn how a modern, technology-driven business runs programmes at national scale.
You'll report to the Senior Programmes Manager.
What you'll do
- Programme delivery
- Manage task timelines and delivery milestones across multiple projects using our project management tools
- Set up and manage events across our platforms – registration, CRM, webinar and social channels
- Liaise with speakers and trainers: briefing, scheduling, content coordination and tech checks
- Manage pre- and post-event communications, surveys and feedback loops
- Support in-person events: venue booking, catering, logistics, and on-the-day delivery alongside programme managers
- Assist with shortlisting applications for national competitions using scoring frameworks and your own judgement
- Keep our records of speakers, venues, suppliers and promotional contacts accurate and current
- Programme Reporting
- Support programme managers with supplier management and budget tracking across campaign activities
- Support the finance team with client-specific claim completion
- Supply timesheet and cost-of-sale information for programme profitability tracking
- Support payment run approvals
- Assist with grants: applications, contract generation and payment schedules
- Set up project cards in our internal systems as programme templates are finalised
- Content and Communications
- Convey information clearly to internal and external stakeholders, in writing and verbally
- Assist with the creation of promotional assets and online event content, including presentations
- Curate regional contact lists – universities, entrepreneur networks and local partners – to extend programme reach
- Operation Optimisation
- Use AI tools daily to draft communications, prepare event content, summarise feedback and automate routine tasks
- Contribute to how the programmes team adopts new tools and improves its ways of working
You are
- Highly organised, with excellent attention to detail – including with sensitive information
- Self-motivated and quick to learn, comfortable operating independently while supporting others
- A clear communicator and natural team player
- Curious about technology and interested in how AI is changing the way work gets done
You have
- Some experience in an administrative or coordination role
- Confidence with standard office software; experience with CRM systems or event platforms is a bonus, not a requirement
- A problem-solving mindset and a customer-service orientation
- Energy and enthusiasm that you bring to every task
