Key Responsibilities:
- Lead dynamic, high-impact training sessions across professional, leadership, and client-facing skills.
- Design and deliver workshops on relationship management, consultative sales, strategic client dialogue, executive communication, presentation excellence, and leadership development.
- Customize and tailor content to align with specific client needs, industries, and strategic priorities.
- Coach and inspire participants to elevate their executive presence, influence, and professional effectiveness.
- Represent Wall Street Prep as a trusted partner and subject matter expert in professional and leadership skills development.
Key Skills:
- Experience in corporate or investment banking, ideally in a client-facing role.

Design and deliver workshops on topics such as relationship management, consultative sales, strategic client dialogue, executive communication, presentation excellence, and leadership development. Customize and tailor content to align with specific client needs, industries, and strategic priorities—ensuring that training is highly relevant and actionable. Coach and inspire participants to elevate their executive presence, influence, and professional effectiveness in both internal and client-facing interactions. Represent Wall Street Prep as a trusted partner and subject matter expert in professional and leadership skills development.
REQUIREMENTS Experience in corporate or investment banking, ideally in a client-facing role such as Relationship Manager, Coverage Banker, or Corporate Finance professional. Strong understanding of CIB product offerings (lending, capital markets, M&A, cash management) and how bankers create value through strategic client dialogue. Demonstrated experience in learning & development, corporate communications, or professional coaching within financial services is preferred. Energetic facilitation style with a passion for teaching, mentoring, and developing professionals at all levels. Strong command of core professional skills, including communication, leadership, presentation, influence, and personal brand development. MBA from a top business school preferred but not required. Availability to conduct classroom training Monday–Friday, with occasional weekend sessions. Commitment to facilitating a minimum of 15 training days annually.
