Summary: The School of Education is looking for a highly organized and self-motivated administrator to join the Professional Placement and Partnership Team. This role involves supporting the planning and delivery of Initial Teacher Education student placements, liaising with stakeholders, and maintaining databases. The ideal candidate will be proactive, solution-focused, and possess strong customer service and communication skills. Job Description The School of Education are seeking to appoint a highly organised and self-motivated administrator to join the Professional Placement and Partnership Team, a dynamic team who provide support to students, academic staff and placement providers. The post holder will be a key member of the team, assisting with the planning and delivery of Initial Teacher Education student placements and work-based learning activity, liaising with internal and external stakeholders of the university and maintaining databases and systems. This varied role will appeal to someone who is passionate about building collaborative and mutually beneficial partnerships and is confident in playing a pivotal role in sourcing and developing new and existing partnerships and placement opportunities. The successful candidate will have excellent customer service, IT, organisational, interpersonal and communication skills and have the ability to deal with a busy and varied workload. They will be solution focussed, proactive and have experience in working to a range of established regulations and processes.
