Key Responsibilities:
- Provide test engineering support to shopfloor operators, including the introduction of new test equipment.
- Test and diagnose complex electronic systems and sub-assemblies down to component level.
- Generate test specifications, operator instructions, and technical reports.
- Identify and implement corrective actions to maintain production flow.
- Collaborate with Quality and Operations teams to report on test engineering activities and investigations.
Key Skills:
- HNC/HND in Electronic/Electrical Engineering or equivalent.
- Strong understanding of digital and analogue test principles and fault diagnosis techniques.
- Experience with manual and automated test equipment in a manufacturing environment.
- Proficient in preparing technical documentation and reports.
- Ability to plan and prioritise tasks effectively.
