- Communicate effectively with colleagues at all levels and with external bodies.
- Utilize project controls tools to provide key information for decision making.
- Demonstrate commercial and financial acumen with a challenging mindset.
- Lead teams in a manufacturing environment (advantageous).

The Project Manager role is based within our Mission Systems business area.
