Key Responsibilities:
- Check the product produced by the machine for quality.
- Heavy lifting and manual handling.
- Mixing, Testing and Packing, Moulding parts.
- Labelling and repackaging of products.
- Ensure all materials are prepared and loaded into the machine quickly and efficiently to limit downtime.
- Keep the work area clean and tidy.
Key Skills:
- Experience within a production/manufacturing/warehouse environment is essential.
- Willingness to do overtime.
- Flexibility and willingness to learn new processes and skills.
- Ability to regularly lift 20kg bags.
- Good communication skills (both written and verbal).

The successful Production Operative will ideally have previous production or assembly experience within a manufacturing organisation. This is a varied and challenging position for the successful candidate, which will draw from a broad range of skills, including problem-solving, multitasking, teamwork, and attention to detail.
Responsibilities Of The Production Operative
Check the product produced by the machine for quality.
Heavy lifting and manual handling
Mixing, Testing and Packing, Moulding parts
Labelling and repackaging of products.
Make sure all materials are prepared and loaded into the machine quickly and efficiently so that downtime is limited.
Keep the work area clean and tidy.
