MacGregor Black are partnering with an FMCG business on the search for an Production Manager.

This is a FTC role based in Derbyshire.

Key Responsibilities

• People leadership.
• KPI management.
• Drive production and compliance standards.
• Lead all Continuous Improvement events within your areas of responsibility.

• A modern leader who has people and process at the forefront of their mind.
• Experience of various production methods.
• Experience of scaling production capacity.

Salary: circa 65k fixed term contract – 6/12 months.
