What You Would Do
- Supporting the optimization of manufacturing processes to improve efficiency and quality
- Contributing to problem-solving and continuous improvement across the production environment
- Assisting in the implementation and maintenance of ISO 9001 quality standards
- Collaborating with production and quality teams to meet output targets and reduce waste
- Supporting process documentation and adherence to standard operating procedures
- Identifying opportunities to enhance production methods and equipment performance
- Contributing to health, safety and environmental compliance within the manufacturing facility
What You Could Bring
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering or a related engineering discipline
- Experience in manufacturing, production or process engineering
- Working knowledge of ISO 9001 or equivalent quality management systems
- Familiarity with manufacturing processes, lean principles or continuous improvement methodologies
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- Ability to work collaboratively across production, quality and engineering teams
- Technical competency with production planning or shop floor systems
