The Role

Start date: Monday 5th October

We are looking for a highly organised and proactive Production Coordinator to support the smooth running of our Digital team at ITN Productions.

Experience in podcasts, visualised podcasts and / or quick turnaround filming on digital budgets preferable.

This is a vital role within the team ensuring that our shoots, schedules, and logistics run efficiently and safely.

You’ll work closely with the Line Producer and wider production team to support day-to-day operations and help deliver high-quality content on time and on budget.

This is also a team that requires flexibility jumping on tasks where needed like archive research.

Interviews will be held week commencing 7th September.

Key Responsibilities

  • Assist in the creation and management of production schedules, rotas and shoot logistics
  • Support the completion of risk assessments and ensure compliance with health and safety protocols
  • Liaise with internal teams and external facilities to coordinate resources and bookings
  • Maintain clear and accurate production documentation and communication
  • Monitor budgets related to production and technical operations, ensuring cost-effectiveness and adherence to financial constraints
  • Troubleshoot logistical issues and help ensure smooth workflows across the division
  • Contribute to a collaborative and supportive production environment

Key Requirements

  • Experience in a production support role, ideally within a digital environment
  • Strong organisational and communication skills with excellent attention to detail
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities in a fast-paced setting
  • A calm and solutions-focused approach to problem-solving
  • Familiarity with production processes, risk assessments, and scheduling tools is a plus
  • A team player who thrives in a collaborative environment
