Key Responsibilities:
- Track status and location of ~60 assigned part numbers throughout the manufacturing and supply chain process.
- Identify and report on parts that are delayed or held up; investigate root causes for the delay.
- Communicate with internal teams and suppliers to understand what is holding up production or movement.
- Ensure parts are progressing to the next station/stage as scheduled; escalate concerns as needed.
- Confirm and monitor delivery dates to ensure on-time performance.
- Use ERP systems to maintain accurate, up-to-date information on part status, location, and expected delivery.
- Expedite parts through production or supply chain as needed, with a focus on upholstery and interior components.
- Collaborate with suppliers and production teams to align on priorities and mitigate potential delays.
- Maintain clear and consistent communication with stakeholders on part readiness and delivery risk.
