Key Responsibilities:

• Learn and support workflow and engineering job resource with operational timings.
• Assist in managing supply chain data for make vs buy decisions.
• Provide administration support for the works order process from creation to closure.
• Manage component tracking attributes and monitor project status against plans.
• Support the parts management team and learn the EPM system in Epicor.
• Control the up-issue and obsolete process for parts availability.
• Attend and provide feedback in production control status meetings.

Key Skills:

• Minimum of 5 GCSEs grade 9 – 4 (A*- C) including Maths, English, and Science.
• Strong work ethic and willingness to learn.
• Team spirit, creativity, and sense of responsibility.
• Ability to work independently and reliably.
• Computer literate, including proficiency in Microsoft Office.
