Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage a portfolio of productions
  • Partner with Production Execs and Managers to ensure compliance with company financial procedures
  • Maintain up-to-date financial information including budgets, cost reports, and cash flows
  • Monitor production spend, process invoices, and manage expense claims
  • Prepare and review cost reports and meet regularly with production teams to ensure accuracy
  • Submit monthly figures and apply appropriate revenue recognition policies
  • Prepare and maintain production cash flows and liaise with legal for billing and debtor management
  • Support audits and compile final financial reports post-production
  • Provide ad hoc financial support, reporting, and analysis
  • Stay current with industry developments and evolving tax policies relevant to TV & Film

Key Skills:

  • Prior experience as a Production Accountant (TV/Film experience essential)
  • Experience working on large budget TV shows or Films
  • Exceptional communication skills and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
  • Commercial acumen with proactive problem-solving abilities
  • Willingness to travel and support productions on location as needed
