Detailed Description From Employer:

Product Transformation Consultants - NPPV3

We are supporting a major UK public sector organisation to transition from traditional project-based delivery toward a sustainable, product-led operating model.

To enable this shift, we are building a high-performing transformation team to lead structured discovery, operating model design, governance alignment and phased implementation planning.

Due to the nature of the roles, active NPPV3 clearance is required.

You will play a key part in shaping and delivering a product operating model transformation. Depending on your level of experience, you may lead workstreams or support structured analysis and implementation planning.

Core responsibilities across the team include:

  • Leading or supporting structured As-Is assessments (stakeholder interviews, artefact review, diagnostic analysis)
  • Designing pragmatic Product Operating Models aligned to governance and funding constraints
  • Defining pilot approaches, success metrics and benefits frameworks
  • Developing sequenced, scalable implementation roadmaps
  • Supporting governance reform and assurance alignment
  • Producing decision-grade documentation for senior stakeholders
  • Facilitating workshops and driving alignment at programme and executive levels

For more senior profiles, we are particularly interested in:

  • Proven experience transitioning organisations from project/programme delivery to product-led delivery
  • Designing and embedding operating models in complex environments
  • Engaging confidently at Director or Executive level

For mid-level consultants, we are particularly interested in:

  • Strong analytical and synthesis capability
  • Experience supporting discovery, roadmap development and governance design
