Summary: The role of Product/Project Manager focuses on leading the delivery of a smart building mobile application within a high-profile real estate environment. Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the end-to-end delivery of a smart spaces/smart building mobile app from launch through ongoing releases
- Own and manage scope, milestones, dependencies, and delivery plans across multiple workstreams
- Orchestrate delivery across smart building/IoT platforms, third-party API providers, and internal technology, digital, and operations teams
- Coordinate physical and digital integrations including building systems, access controls, and user-facing services
- Ensure high-quality user experiences for both tenants (office users) and public visitors
- Act as the central delivery lead and point of accountability across vendors and stakeholders
- Provide clear, structured reporting to senior stakeholders and programme leadership
Key Skills:
- Proven experience as a Product Manager, Project Manager, or Delivery Lead delivering complex digital platforms
- Strong background in real estate, PropTech, smart buildings, venues, or large-scale consumer apps
- Experience delivering apps similar in nature to Smart Spaces or equivalent smart building/venue platforms

Olympia is seeking a highly capable Product Manager (Delivery Lead) to drive the delivery and orchestration of our Smart Spaces app, a leading IoT platform for real estate and property technology. The app serves both building tenants (office workers) and millions of annual visitors, integrating physical building controls (eg, doors, lockers, building systems) and digital engagement features (eg, loyalty, bookings, Wi-Fi, marketing).
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the end-to-end delivery of the Smart Spaces app, coordinating with Smart Spaces (the vendor), third-party API providers, and internal stakeholders.
- Define and manage the scope for the initial app launch and subsequent releases.
- Orchestrate complex integrations across physical and digital building systems.
- Ensure seamless user experiences for both tenants and visitors.
- Hold together multiple workstreams, vendors, and requirements, ensuring timely and high-quality delivery.
- Act as the main point of contact for delivery, reporting to Olympia's leadership and interfacing with the wider project team.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Proven experience as a Product Manager or Delivery Lead in real estate, proptech, or smart building environments.
- Direct experience with the Smart Spaces platform is highly preferred; strong consideration for candidates with similar real estate or smart building app experience (eg, apps for major venues, stadia, mixed-use developments, or large commercial properties).
- Demonstrated ability to manage complex, multi-stakeholder technology projects involving both physical and digital components.
