- Define and manage the product backlog, working closely with internal teams, suppliers, and partners to remove blockers and manage risks.
- Lead the development of system architecture and requirements, ensuring compatibility with future vehicle electrical platforms.
- Generate robust technical documentation and evidence, demonstrating compliance with JLR standards and system performance targets.
- Collaborate internationally, with frequent overseas travel to support global development and integration efforts.
Key Skills:
- Extensive experience leading large, multidisciplinary engineering projects, ideally in automotive or embedded systems environments.
- A degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or Software Engineering, closely related technical discipline, or equivalent experience.
- Strong understanding of vehicle electronics and network communications, including ECUs and system integration.
- Proven track record in model-based software delivery, particularly for safety-critical systems within a structured quality framework.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to tailor messaging for technical and non-technical audiences.
