Product Owner - Pôle Compute & Cloud Experience - IAAS - VMWare H/F

Summary: The Product Owner for the Compute & Cloud Experience at CA-GIP is responsible for managing the technical roadmap and backlog for VMware-related products. This role involves coordinating a dedicated squad, ensuring the delivery of infrastructure resources, and maintaining product documentation. The position requires a proactive approach to managing team skills and budget while keeping abreast of technological advancements in the field. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in the digital transformation of the Crédit Agricole group.

Key Responsibilities:

• Implement actions based on the roadmap and decisions from the CPO and SDM.
• Manage the product backlog and coordinate resources within the squad.
• Maintain a comprehensive view of all activities related to the product lifecycle.
• Address operational needs raised by Service Managers.
• Keep product documentation up to date.
• Lead the squad and coordinate activities, ensuring adherence to product milestones.
• Oversee the budget for the product and optimize operational costs.
• Conduct technological monitoring and adapt expertise as needed.

Key Skills:

• Strong knowledge of VMware Cloud Foundation (VCF).
• Understanding of IT operations including Networking, Storage, Backup, and Security.
• Experience in Product Lifecycle and Product Management.
• Ability to prioritize product backlog and plan project tasks/resources.
• Familiarity with Agile methodologies.
• Skills in reporting, alerting, and project KPIs.
• Experience in managing and optimizing project costs.
