My client is looking for a product owner to work with the software development teams as well as collaborating with other payments services product families (Network Authorization, Settlement, Certification) to deliver different initiatives related to Regulatory, Compliance and/or product enhancements.

This role is heavily reliant on communication across participants and management, agile methodologies, Payment's knowledge and industry trends. Role is hybrid but candidates need to be on site minimum 2 days a week.

SKILLS: Proficiency in Scrum and other Agile frameworks is crucial for managing the product backlog, prioritizing tasks, and guiding the development team. Specifically for this role:

Product owner with specific understanding in the card payment space of settlements, authorisations and clearing.

You must be very experienced in writing user stories,

Client uses JIRA so you must have experience of this.

You will also be doing validation and testing to check the product works before going into production and is not leaking defects so will need to support QA skills around validation

You will be working with Scrum teams and front and Back End development teams who are offshore. So good understanding of front and Back End applications. You will also need to be managing them.

You will also need basic SQL to ensure that you are able to query databases. Client uses 4 different sprints with each PI being 2 weeks so you will be working with the teams dealing in each of the sprints. So good experience and understanding of Agile/Scrum will help. You will be working on clients portal application which consists of 14 applications.

The one you will be working on is a migration from WebSphere to OCP Client works 3 days remote and 2 days on site.

May need to be flexible on hours as working with remote development teams in Asia.

Must be able to get to the office in Hampshire for 2 days a week as team are collaborative
