Product Owner

About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Product Owner to join a dynamic product team responsible for delivering customer-centric digital products and services.

The successful candidate will act as the bridge between business stakeholders, customers, and Agile delivery teams, ensuring product outcomes align with business objectives and customer needs.

As a Product Owner, you will be accountable for defining product vision, managing and prioritizing the product backlog, making informed decisions, and driving the successful delivery of high-value products through Agile methodologies.

Key Responsibilities

• Own and manage the product backlog, ensuring priorities are aligned with strategic business objectives.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to define product vision, roadmap, and delivery plans.
• Translate business requirements into well-defined user stories and acceptance criteria.
• Drive Agile product development processes, working closely with Scrum teams throughout the product lifecycle.
• Utilize customer insights, market trends, and business intelligence to identify opportunities for product enhancement and innovation.
• Make effective product decisions balancing customer value, business goals, risks, and technical constraints.
• Lead product planning, sprint reviews, backlog refinement sessions, and stakeholder demonstrations.
• Ensure successful product delivery through continuous prioritization, monitoring, and optimization.
• Foster strong relationships across business, technology, operations, and customer teams.
• Champion customer-centric thinking across all product initiatives.
• Identify, assess, and mitigate delivery and product risks.
• Support continuous improvement within Agile teams through coaching, feedback, and knowledge sharing.
• Develop compelling product narratives and storytelling to communicate vision, strategy, and progress to stakeholders.
• Leverage AI literacy and emerging technologies to identify opportunities for process improvement and product innovation.
• Track product performance, define success metrics, and drive outcome-based decision-making.

Required Skills & Experience

• Proven experience as a Product Owner within Agile delivery environments.
• Strong expertise in Product Delivery and Product Innovation & Development.
• Experience managing product roadmaps, backlogs, and prioritization frameworks.
• Ability to balance customer needs with business objectives and technical feasibility.

Agile & Delivery

• Extensive experience working with Agile methodologies and frameworks (Scrum, Kanban, SAFe).
• Strong understanding of Agile delivery practices and tools.
• Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams in a fast-paced environment.

• Strong customer-centric mindset with experience utilizing customer insights to drive product decisions.
• Excellent business and commercial awareness.
