Summary: The role of Product Owner with LIMS involves managing the product backlog to align with business goals and user needs while facilitating communication between stakeholders. Key Responsibilities:

- Staying current with industry trends and managing work in an Agile environment.
- Ensuring timely and effective resolution of end-user inquiries and issues.
- Providing clear and concise documentation, training materials, and knowledge base articles.
- Accurately capturing and communicating user feedback and requirements to relevant stakeholders.
- Assisting in the testing and validation of system updates and enhancements under supervision.
Key Skills:
- 10+ years of experience in product ownership or related roles.
- Strong understanding of Agile methodologies.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Experience in managing product backlogs and roadmaps.
- Ability to gather and analyze user feedback and requirements.
- Proficiency in documentation and training material creation.
- Experience in software development and delivery processes.
- Ability to monitor and report on product metrics.
