Summary: The role of Product Owner with LIMS involves managing the product backlog to align with business goals and user needs while facilitating communication between stakeholders. The position requires overseeing software development and delivery, contributing to product roadmaps, and acting as a liaison between the development team and stakeholders. The candidate will also be responsible for gathering user feedback, ensuring effective resolution of inquiries, and providing documentation to support end-user adoption. This is a hybrid position based in London for a duration of 6 months.
Key Responsibilities:
- Managing the product backlog to ensure alignment with business goals and user needs.

- Overseeing the development and delivery of software solutions.
- Continuously gathering feedback and monitoring performance to drive product enhancements.
- Contributing to the development of product roadmaps and strategic planning.
- Serving as the primary point of contact for end-users and collaborating with stakeholders to gather detailed product requirements and user stories.
- Acting as the primary liaison between the development team and stakeholders.
- Participating in sprint planning, review, and retrospective meetings.
- Monitoring and reporting on key product metrics to drive decision-making and improvements.
- Staying current with industry trends and managing work in an Agile environment.
- Ensuring timely and effective resolution of end-user inquiries and issues.
- Providing clear and concise documentation, training materials, and knowledge base articles.
- Accurately capturing and communicating user feedback and requirements to relevant stakeholders.
- Assisting in the testing and validation of system updates and enhancements under supervision.
Key Skills:
- 10+ years of experience in product ownership or related roles.
- Strong understanding of Agile methodologies.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Experience in managing product backlogs and roadmaps.
- Ability to gather and analyze user feedback and requirements.
- Proficiency in documentation and training material creation.
- Experience in software development and delivery processes.
- Ability to monitor and report on product metrics.
