Summary: The role of UAT & CS Support Specialist is a full-time position focused on customer support and user acceptance testing, requiring immediate availability until December 2025. Key Responsibilities:
- Handle and verify customer service enquiries, ensuring quality and accuracy in responses.
- Support and coordinate UAT cycles: planning, tracking progress, reporting issues, and verifying fixes.
- Collaborate with the leadership team to ensure CS and UAT priorities are delivered on time.
- Escalate and resolve issues, removing obstacles that impact UAT and CS delivery.
- Work closely with engineering, product, and customer support teams to ensure clear communication and alignment.
- Help document UAT outcomes and feed them into product development cycles.
- Provide structured feedback from CS and UAT into product and delivery teams.
- Opportunity to gradually take on responsibilities in the Scrum Master space (facilitating stand-ups, retros, and backlog refinement).
Key Skills:
- 3+ years’ experience in Customer Support, UAT, or a similar delivery-focused role.
- Strong organisational and problem-solving skills with a structured approach to work.
- Experience working across CS enquiries and UAT delivery.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple priorities.
- Self-starter with a proactive approach to supporting teams.
- Familiarity with Agile delivery environments (Scrum or similar).
- Exposure to Scrum Master responsibilities or Agile facilitation.
