- Own and manage the product backlog, ensuring continuous delivery of value in an agile development cycle.
- Define clear acceptance criteria and work with the team to deliver against business requirements.
- Act as the bridge between commercial teams and developers, ensuring alignment on priorities and outcomes.
- Understand current business processes and evaluate the impact of requested changes.
- Proactively identify risks and dependencies, and escalate when needed.
- Coordinate with related projects to manage cross-functional dependencies.
Key Skills:
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
- Minimum 3 years of experience as a Product Owner, Business Analyst, or in a similar role within an agile environment.
- Strong communication and analytical skills.
- Hands-on experience with agile methodologies such as Scrum or Kanban.
- Proven ability to understand client needs and translate them into functional product requirements.
- Comfortable managing multiple priorities and stakeholders in a fast-paced environment.
- Experience in international or regulated industries (e.g., healthcare, life sciences) is a plus.
- Familiarity with UX principles.
