Summary: The Product Owner will lead the transformation to a Design System in Sports, ensuring quality and timely product delivery. This role involves coaching engineering and design colleagues while fostering a culture of customer closeness and agile methodologies. The Product Owner will also drive the Design System strategy in alignment with business objectives and collaborate with Commercial leaders on key goals.
Key Responsibilities:
- Primary lead for the transformation to Design system in Sports, accountable for outcomes ensuring quality, effective and timely product delivery.
- Leads, develops, and coaches engineering and design colleagues, guiding them in the creation, adoption, evolution, and scaling of the Design System roadmap and vision.
- Establishes and drives a culture of customer closeness across the team, driving an iterative approach to achieve outcomes.
- Coaches and role-models the use of agile methodologies.
- Drives the Design System strategy ensuring alignment with business objectives and OKRs.
- Collaborates closely with Commercial leaders ensuring our OKRs and roadmaps are aligned to our key business goals.
- Develop and drive clear OKR’s for the team, aligned to our business strategy.
