Product Owner

Key Responsibilities

• Own and develop the roadmap for a suite of corporate data products.
• Engage with senior stakeholders up to Director level to define priorities and strategic direction.
• Translate business requirements into actionable product backlogs and delivery plans.
• Work closely with architects, engineers and delivery teams within an Azure-based data environment.
• Manage internal and third-party delivery partners to ensure successful outcomes.
• Balance functional business requirements with technical change and platform improvements.
• Support investment planning and prioritisation across the product portfolio.
• Lead issue resolution and service improvement activities alongside wider technology teams.

Essential Experience

• Proven experience as a Product Owner delivering enterprise-scale data or analytics products.
• Strong understanding of corporate data domains such as Finance, HR, PMO, Planning or Business Operations.
• Experience working with senior business stakeholders and executive leadership teams.
• Ability to define product roadmaps, prioritise backlogs and manage competing demands.
• Experience working within Agile and DevOps delivery environments.
• Understanding of modern cloud-based data platforms and data ecosystems.

Desirable Experience

• Experience working within Azure data environments.
• Exposure to Databricks, Data Lakes, Data Warehousing or enterprise reporting platforms.
• Experience delivering data products within large, complex organisations.
• Experience supporting major transformation or expansion programmes.
