Summary: The Product Owner – Platform / Technical role involves leading a digital transformation initiative within a telecommunications organization. Key Responsibilities:
- Own and manage the product backlog for platform and technical capabilities
- Define user stories, acceptance criteria and product requirements
- Work closely with engineering, QA and architecture teams to ensure alignment on delivery priorities
- Collaborate with stakeholders to translate business requirements into technical deliverables
- Participate in Agile ceremonies including sprint planning, backlog grooming and sprint reviews
- Ensure product features are delivered with quality, stability and scalability in mind
- Provide guidance to delivery teams and support decision-making throughout the product lifecycle
- Continuously refine product requirements based on feedback and delivery outcomes
Key Skills:
- Experience working as a Product Owner or Technical Product Owner
- Strong experience in Agile / Scrum environments
- Ability to translate business requirements into technical user stories
- Experience managing product backlogs and sprint planning
- Experience working with engineering and QA teams
- Familiarity with JIRA / Confluence
- Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
- Experience working on platform or digital transformation programmes (Nice to Have)
- Exposure to telecommunications or large-scale technology environments (Nice to Have)
- Technical understanding of APIs, backend services or platform architecture (Nice to Have)
- Experience working with DevOps or engineering teams (Nice to Have)
