Key Responsibilities:

  • Own and manage the product backlog for platform and technical capabilities
  • Define user stories, acceptance criteria and product requirements
  • Work closely with engineering, QA and architecture teams to ensure alignment on delivery priorities
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to translate business requirements into technical deliverables
  • Participate in Agile ceremonies including sprint planning, backlog grooming and sprint reviews
  • Ensure product features are delivered with quality, stability and scalability in mind
  • Provide guidance to delivery teams and support decision-making throughout the product lifecycle
  • Continuously refine product requirements based on feedback and delivery outcomes

Key Skills:

  • Experience working as a Product Owner or Technical Product Owner
  • Strong experience in Agile / Scrum environments
  • Ability to translate business requirements into technical user stories
  • Experience managing product backlogs and sprint planning
  • Experience working with engineering and QA teams
  • Familiarity with JIRA / Confluence
  • Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
  • Experience working on platform or digital transformation programmes (Nice to Have)
  • Exposure to telecommunications or large-scale technology environments (Nice to Have)
  • Technical understanding of APIs, backend services or platform architecture (Nice to Have)
  • Experience working with DevOps or engineering teams (Nice to Have)

You will work closely with engineering teams, architects, QA, business stakeholders and delivery managers to define product requirements, manage the backlog and ensure successful delivery of platform capabilities within an Agile environment.
