About The Role

Working with a Product Manager, you will own the end-to-end customer journey as a product by leading a cross-functional agile team. Your focus will be on delivering value for our internal and external customers by understanding how our processes and systems work, and our customer needs. You will also contribute to building out our wider product roadmap and vision.

Key Responsibilities / Deliverables:

  • Consistently communicating with customers (internal and external) to understand what they do and the challenges they face.
  • Collaborating across all parts Cala to gain fresh perspectives and ideas while also being an evangelist for the customer journey and associated systems.
  • Building, maintaining, and prioritising a product backlog by writing user stories that include with clear acceptance and testing criteria.
  • Participate in sprint planning, testing, sprint demos, and retrospectives.
  • Developing deep subject matter expertise to allow you to think like a customer to help problem solve and generate new ideas.
  • Using your knowledge and past experiences to inform your decision making and customer engagement.
