Key Responsibilities:

• Work with internal and external customers to analyse needs and align product vision, roadmap, and backlog to strategic goals.
• Own the product roadmap, develop scope, and define backlog items across thousands of user stories.
• Solve product-related problems, make decisions, and complete trade-off analysis.
• Draft key objectives and results, strategies, and apply them to business decisions.
• Understand end-to-end customer experience integration and dependencies.
• Collaborate with stakeholders during visioning and concept development.
• Accountable for the created product(s) and communicate product needs with business partners.
• Assess value, develop cases, and work with customer representatives to prioritise activities.
• Develop and maintain an appropriately prioritised backlog of user stories.
• Act as an ambassador for the product and primary contact for product-related queries.

Key Skills:

• 5 years' experience in Product Management in the public/financial sector.
• Management of senior stakeholders and their expectations.
• Deep understanding and passion for Agile methods and mindset.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Experience with defining minimum marketable features and minimum viable products.
• Experience in defining product roadmap and managing product backlog.
