Summary: The role of Product Owner – InfoSec Focus involves managing the team backlog and ensuring that digital delivery aligns with business objectives and user needs. The position requires a strong understanding of InfoSec principles and collaboration with stakeholders throughout the delivery lifecycle. The successful candidate will work closely with the digital delivery team and Product Manager to achieve product vision and governance. This is a 12-month contract based in Coventry with a hybrid working arrangement.
Key Responsibilities:
- Build, edit, and maintain the team backlog with input from stakeholders.
- Define and communicate PI objectives clearly.
- Reprioritise backlog items and manage dependencies across teams.
- Demonstrate deep understanding of user needs and deliver the product vision.
- Manage stakeholders throughout the delivery lifecycle.
- Collaborate with the Product Manager to establish governance frameworks.
Key Skills:
- Proven experience in product ownership or agile delivery roles.
- Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
- Experience with SIEM tools, ideally Microsoft Sentinel.
- Understanding of InfoSec principles and digital product delivery.
