Summary: The role of Salesforce Product Owner involves leading a Salesforce transformation within a financial services company in Central London. The successful candidate will collaborate with various stakeholders to deliver scalable solutions that enhance business growth and operational efficiency. This position requires a strong understanding of Agile methodologies and the ability to translate business needs into actionable requirements. The role is hybrid, requiring some on-site presence in London.
Key Responsibilities:
- Own and manage the Salesforce product backlog, ensuring alignment with business goals and priorities
- Lead end-to-end delivery of Salesforce features and enhancements through the full product lifecycle
- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather, refine, and prioritise business requirements
- Translate business requirements into user stories and acceptance criteria
- Champion best practices in Salesforce usage and drive adoption across the organisation
- Act as the key liaison between business teams, delivery teams, and third-party vendors
- Ensure the product meets compliance, security, and performance standards
- Track progress, manage risks, and report regularly to senior leadership
Key Skills:
- Proven experience as a Product Owner or Product Manager within a Salesforce background
- Background in financial services or similarly regulated industry
- Experience working on complex, enterprise-wide transformations
- Strong leadership and stakeholder management skills
- Ability to work independently and make data-driven decisions
- Solid understanding of Agile delivery methodologies (e.g. Scrum, Kanban)
- SAFe® certified (Scaled Agile Framework) - required
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Comfortable working in a hybrid environment (1-2 days onsite in London)
- Desirable Salesforce certifications (e.g. Salesforce Administrator, Sales Cloud Consultant)
- Experience with third-party Salesforce integrations
- Knowledge of financial products and services

As the Product Owner, you'll work closely with stakeholders across the business, external partners, and the internal technology team to ensure delivery of scalable, high-impact solutions on the Salesforce platform.
