Key Responsibilities:
- Own and manage the Salesforce product backlog, ensuring alignment with business goals and priorities
- Lead end-to-end delivery of Salesforce features and enhancements through the full product lifecycle
- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather, refine, and prioritise business requirements
- Translate business requirements into user stories and acceptance criteria
- Champion best practices in Salesforce usage and drive adoption across the organisation
- Act as the key liaison between business teams, delivery teams, and third-party vendors
- Ensure the product meets compliance, security, and performance standards
- Track progress, manage risks, and report regularly to senior leadership
Key Skills:
- Proven experience as a Product Owner or Product Manager within a Salesforce background
- Background in financial services or similarly regulated industry
- Experience working on complex, enterprise-wide transformations
- Strong leadership and stakeholder management skills
- Ability to work independently and make data-driven decisions
- Solid understanding of Agile delivery methodologies (e.g. Scrum, Kanban)
- SAFe® certified (Scaled Agile Framework) - required
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Comfortable working in a hybrid environment (1-2 days onsite in London)
- Desirable Salesforce certifications (e.g. Salesforce Administrator, Sales Cloud Consultant)
- Experience with third-party Salesforce integrations
- Knowledge of financial products and services
