Summary: The role of Product Owner - Metrics and Reporting focuses on leading the development of data-driven solutions for Identity & Access Management (IAM) within a financial services context. The position involves defining product vision, managing the product backlog, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to enhance Business Intelligence capabilities. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in data management and Agile frameworks. This is a contract position for six months based in Knutsford.
Key Responsibilities:
- Define and articulate the product vision and roadmap for IAM reporting and analytics solutions
- Translate high-level business needs into clear, actionable user stories
- Own and manage the product backlog, driving prioritisation in alignment with business objectives
- Collaborate with engineers, analysts, and stakeholders to ensure high-quality delivery
- Ensure data accuracy, accessibility, and business relevance across the IAM BI suite
- Focus initially on advancing our Business Intelligence capabilities and dashboarding tools
Key Skills:
- Proven experience as a Product Owner or Product Manager in data-driven environments
- Strong background in data management, dashboards, and business intelligence
- Solid understanding of IAM or other control environments
- Expert in Agile frameworks and product life cycle management
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills

We're seeking a Data Product Owner - Metrics and Reporting to take the lead in shaping and delivering data-driven solutions for Identity & Access Management (IAM). This role will spearhead the development of automated Continuous Controls Monitoring and Business Intelligence dashboards, working closely with cross-functional teams to drive value through insightful data products to join one of our financial services clients.
