Summary: The Product Owner will support Creative Production Applications within the Creative technology ecosystem, including Wrike and Adobe Creative Cloud Applications. This role involves partnering with the Enterprise Creative Center of Excellence to execute the strategic vision and roadmap through various software, platforms, and solutions. The position requires implementing processes that enhance collaboration and productivity across stakeholders in different brands and regions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Support execution of the Martech strategy for Creative Technology Initiatives
- Implement processes and frameworks that deliver efficiencies and build cross-functional collaboration
- Understand and deliver on strategic direction for creative technologies used by global brands
- Exhibit understanding of macro trends across creative and marketing technologies
- Define key messages in support of creative technology strategy
- Create a sense of urgency to drive change while delivering consistently
- Seek feedback throughout the change process and recommend adjustments
- Foster an environment of continuous improvement and maintain high expectations for delivery
Key Skills:
- Experience in a Global DTC organization
- Experience with creative technologies across content production, proofing, storage, distribution, analytics, and personalization
- Product management and Agile development methodologies
- Experience in designing and building products and platforms
- Learning & Development domain expertise
- Managing distributed teams
- Experience with designing and deploying solutions in a global, international, multi-brands context
- BS/BA degree
