Required Skills
Proven Product Owner experience in data and analytics within Agile/Scrum teams
Strong knowledge of business intelligence, data warehousing, and big data
Ability to translate business needs into technical stories and priorities
Experience with backlog tools like Team Foundation Server
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
Understanding of software development processes
Product Ownership certification is a plus
Nice to Have Skills
Knowledge of government data legislation (Data Protection Act, FOI, EU directives)
