Key Responsibilities:

  • Accountable for managing and prioritising the CRM transformation product backlog to align with strategic business objectives.
  • Converting high-level business requirements into well-defined user stories, acceptance criteria, and actionable delivery roadmaps.
  • Leading Agile ceremonies including sprint planning, backlog refinement, sprint reviews, and retrospectives to drive team collaboration and delivery.
  • Tracking delivery progress to ensure solutions meet defined quality standards and gain stakeholder acceptance.

Key Skills:

  • Strong grasp of CRM business processes, particularly within sales and marketing functions.
  • Proven experience operating within Agile and Scrum delivery frameworks.
  • Skilled in facilitating key Agile ceremonies, including sprint planning and reviews.
