Summary: The Product Owner for CRM Transformation will manage and prioritize the product backlog to align with strategic business objectives, focusing on enhancing CRM processes within sales and marketing. This role requires expertise in Agile methodologies and hands-on experience with leading CRM platforms. The position is hybrid, requiring 2-3 days on-site per week, and is offered as a 6-month contract. The role is classified as outside IR35.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Accountable for managing and prioritising the CRM transformation product backlog to align with strategic business objectives.
  • Converting high-level business requirements into well-defined user stories, acceptance criteria, and actionable delivery roadmaps.
  • Leading Agile ceremonies including sprint planning, backlog refinement, sprint reviews, and retrospectives to drive team collaboration and delivery.
  • Tracking delivery progress to ensure solutions meet defined quality standards and gain stakeholder acceptance.

Key Skills:

  • Strong grasp of CRM business processes, particularly within sales and marketing functions.
  • Proven experience operating within Agile and Scrum delivery frameworks.
  • Skilled in facilitating key Agile ceremonies, including sprint planning and reviews.
  • Hands-on experience with leading CRM platforms such as Salesforce, Microsoft Dynamics 365, and HubSpot.
