Your New Role As a hands-on CRM Product Owner, you'll be the bridge between business and delivery. You'll define and own the product roadmap, manage and prioritise the backlog, gather and refine requirements, and collaborate closely with stakeholders and the development team to deliver impactful improvements. Your mission: ensure the team is solving the right problems with clear scope and direction.

What You'll Need to Succeed Proven experience as a Product Owner (or similar) delivering Salesforce-based solutions. Skill in gathering requirements and translating them into prioritised user stories. Ability to define acceptance criteria and support development and QA. Experience in backlog management, prioritisation, and Agile sprint planning. Comfort working autonomously in a fast-paced environment. Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills.
