Summary: The role of Product Owner - Credit Risk Stress Testing involves leading a scrum team in a Tier 1 Bank, focusing on Agile Product Ownership and Business Analysis. Key Responsibilities:
- Act as a Product Owner for the scrum team - owning the backlog and prioritising features in collaboration with stakeholders.
- Perform business analysis and write clear, structured user stories and acceptance criteria.
- Interpret complex requirements from the credit risk and stress testing business units.
- Liaise with credit risk model team and interpret requirements covering modelling and data.
- Engage in Agile ceremonies and contribute to continuous delivery practices.
- Perform functional and data analysis with hands-on data investigations using SQL.
- Ensure alignment between technical teams and business goals.
- Communicate effectively across business and technology stakeholders.

A perfect blend of Agile Product Ownership and Business Analysis, this role serves as a key interface between the business and a cross-functional technology team.
Domain expertise is absolutely essential for this role as candidates will have to demonstrate a clear understanding at interview stage experience in Credit Risk Stress Testing and Risk Methodologies for PD (Probability of Default), LGD (Loss Given Default) and RWA (Risk Weighted Assets) Calculations.
