Summary: The Product Owner role focuses on enhancing API standards and facilitating product planning within the DevX Standards and Controls leadership team at HSBC. Key Responsibilities:
- Understand and enhance the standards in collaboration with various stakeholders.
- Lead/facilitate product planning and prioritisation to deliver towards a future vision for API standards.
- Align and communicate roadmaps for the product to the customers.
- Run customer forums for API standards.
- Ensure that the customer is being thought about at the centre of new work and transitions.
- Champion the usage of data and metrics to improve understanding of customer interactions with the products.
Key Skills:

YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES
To be a pro-active, collaborative and inquisitive member of the DevX Standards and Controls leadership team. This role supports the head of Standards and Controls directly:
This role will:
- Understand and enhance the standards in collaboration with various stakeholders.
- Lead/facilitate product planning and prioritisation to deliver towards a future vision for where API standards go and how the tooling aligns to this.
- Align and communicate roadmaps for the product to the customers
- Run customer forums for API standards
- Ensure that the customer is being thought about at the centre of new work and transitions
- Champion the usage of data and metrics to improve understanding of what customers are doing on the products
