Key Responsibilities:

  • Supporting new vehicle launches and lifecycle management activities
  • Maintaining key product and pricing databases (A2P, CarDB, VPS)
  • Coordinating vehicle set-up and product information across systems
  • Publishing product materials such as price lists and technical information
  • Communicating product updates clearly to stakeholders across the business
  • Acting as a key point of contact for product-related queries (internal & external)
  • Proofreading marketing materials to ensure accuracy and consistency
  • Supporting relationships with internal teams, agencies, and partners
  • Managing model creation and suffix requests with European stakeholders

This role will be employed by TLP (secondment to Toyota (GB) PLC) We’re looking for a highly organised and detail-focused Product Marketing Co-ordinator to join our team on a 12-month fixed-term contract. This is a fantastic opportunity to gain hands-on experience supporting new vehicle launches and product lifecycle management within a fast-paced, collaborative environment.

The Role As a key member of the Product Marketing team, you’ll play an important role in supporting the successful delivery of new product launches and ongoing lifecycle activities. You’ll work closely with Product Managers and a wide range of internal and external stakeholders, ensuring product information is accurate, timely, and effectively communicated.
