Summary: As a Product Manager - Reward & Retain, you will oversee the digital product portfolio that enhances Compensation & Benefits processes for an aviation partner, directly influencing employee experience.   • Define and execute a clear product strategy and roadmap for Reward & Retain.
  • Manage the product backlog and prioritize work aligned with strategic goals.
  • Monitor product performance using data and KPIs; drive continuous improvement.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders across HR and the business to align on needs and solutions.
  • Support adoption of new products and processes across the organization.
  • Manage budgets and safeguard business cases for your product portfolio.
  • Contribute to department-wide goals as part of the PT&I Leadership Team.
  • Foster a culture of innovation, collaboration, and data-driven decision-making.

As a Product Manager - Reward & Retain, you will lead the digital product portfolio that supports Compensation & Benefits processes for our aviation partner. Your work directly impacts the employee experience across the organization - from implementing new labor conditions to modernizing HR systems and enabling sustainable mobility initiatives.

You'll be part of the People Technology & Intelligence platform, which covers the full digital employee journey. In this role, you'll collaborate with HR stakeholders, product teams, and leadership to deliver innovative, data-driven solutions that help attract and retain talent. You'll also contribute to platform-wide goals as a member of the leadership team.
