Summary: As a Product Manager - Reward & Retain, you will oversee the digital product portfolio that enhances Compensation & Benefits processes for an aviation partner, directly influencing employee experience. This role involves collaboration with HR stakeholders and leadership to deliver innovative, data-driven solutions aimed at attracting and retaining talent. You will also contribute to broader platform goals within the People Technology & Intelligence team. Your responsibilities include defining product strategy, managing backlogs, and fostering a culture of innovation.
Key Responsibilities:
- Define and execute a clear product strategy and roadmap for Reward & Retain.
- Manage the product backlog and prioritize work aligned with strategic goals.
- Monitor product performance using data and KPIs; drive continuous improvement.
- Collaborate with stakeholders across HR and the business to align on needs and solutions.
- Support adoption of new products and processes across the organization.
- Manage budgets and safeguard business cases for your product portfolio.
- Contribute to department-wide goals as part of the PT&I Leadership Team.
- Foster a culture of innovation, collaboration, and data-driven decision-making.

You'll also contribute to platform-wide goals as a member of the leadership team.
