Key Responsibilities:
- Manage Jira workflows to coordinate product development and issue tracking
- Conduct QA and manual testing of parallel systems to ensure quality and performance
- Assist the production team in triaging and resolving production issues promptly
- Work with product teams to ensure the continuous and stable delivery of product enhancements
- Perform data and run analysis to support decision-making and system improvements
- Collaborate with technical teams, leveraging Python programming (a plus) for automation and scripting
- Develop a solid understanding of counterparty risk management processes (collateral, capital, margin systems such as SIMM, IM, VM), CCPs, and clearing operations
- Support the valuation and risk assessment of vanilla OTC IR/FX derivatives (preferred)

- Good understanding of counterparty risk management, derivatives, and clearing processes is a big plus
- Strong expertise in Jira or similar issue tracking tools
