Summary: The role of Product Manager focuses on leading New Product Introduction (NPI) efforts specifically for aftermarket parts readiness. The successful candidate will ensure that product launches are supported by the necessary parts in a timely and efficient manner. This position requires collaboration with various teams and the development of stocking strategies. The contract is for 12 months and is based in Birchwood, Warrington.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead end-to-end aftermarket readiness for new product launches.
  • Coordinate with engineering, supply chain, and product teams to manage global NPI programs.
  • Develop stocking strategies and ensure supplier alignment pre- and post-launch.
  • Improve NPI processes and report on readiness metrics.

  • Solid experience in NPI, program/project management, or supply chain.
  • Strong collaboration and communication skills across global teams.
  • A degree or equivalent experience in business, engineering, or related field.

Our client is seeking an experienced Product Manager to lead New Product Introduction (NPI) efforts focused on aftermarket parts readiness. You'll play a key role in ensuring that every product launch is supported by the right parts, at the right time, in the right place.

Role: NPI Product Manager
Experience: 5+ years
Location: Birchwood, Warrington
Working Days: 5 days/week in office
Duration: Contract (12 months)
