Summary: We are seeking a Product Manager to join a financial services client in Edinburgh for a 12-month contract. The role involves leading a team to manage Important Business Process activities, ensuring operational resilience and effective customer journey management. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing risk management and stakeholder engagement while driving continuous improvement in business processes.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Map and oversee end-to-end customer journeys, ensuring risks and controls are identified and managed.
  • Lead the annual attestation process for process mapping assurance.
  • Support assessments in incident management, resilience, impact tolerance, and customer treatment strategy.
  • Adhere to governance processes, with a focus on reporting to senior leadership.
  • Provide subject matter expertise for scenario testing and vulnerability remediation.
  • Manage risk and controls, ensuring visibility of IBP events or triggers.
  • Build and maintain strong working relationships through effective stakeholder engagement.
  • Facilitate and coordinate quarterly and annual planning activities across the wider team.
  • Oversee resilience activities, ensuring technical teams deliver robust, business-focused solutions.
