Summary: We are seeking a Product Manager to lead critical business process activities for a financial services client in Edinburgh. This role involves managing Important Business Process (IBP) activities to ensure operational resilience and support customer journeys. The successful candidate will oversee a team and engage with stakeholders to drive effective solutions and governance processes. This is a 12-month contract position classified as inside IR35.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Map and oversee end-to-end customer journeys, ensuring risks and controls are identified and managed.
  • Lead the annual attestation process for process mapping assurance.
  • Support assessments in incident management, resilience, impact tolerance, and customer treatment strategy.
  • Adhere to governance processes, with a focus on reporting to senior leadership.
  • Provide subject matter expertise for scenario testing and vulnerability remediation.
  • Manage risk and controls, ensuring visibility of IBP events or triggers.
  • Build and maintain strong working relationships through effective stakeholder engagement.
  • Facilitate and coordinate quarterly and annual planning activities across the wider team.
  • Oversee resilience activities, ensuring technical teams deliver robust, business-focused solutions.
