Key Responsibilities:
- Support day-to-day product management activities across SAP ECC Retail modules.
- Assist with gathering and documenting business requirements, user stories, acceptance criteria, and process flows.
- Collaborate with technical teams to triage incidents, assess change requests, and ensure timely delivery.
- Conduct functional analysis and support solution design under the guidance of senior product leaders.
- Participate in testing cycles including system integration testing (SIT) and user acceptance testing (UAT).
- Maintain product documentation, release notes, and configuration guides.
- Assist with backlog management, sprint planning, and prioritization activities.
- Provide support to the S/4HANA programme team during design, build, and deployment phases.

- Support data cleansing and migration activities, including validation and reconciliation tasks.

Key accountabilities, responsibilities, and measures
Key Responsibilities
SAP ECC Retail (Primary Focus)
Support day-to-day product management activities across SAP ECC Retail modules (e.g., MM, SD, FI integration points, Retail Pricing, Article Master, Listings, management of IDOCs) and management of incident processes.
Assist with gathering and documenting business requirements, user stories, acceptance criteria, and process flows
Collaborate with technical teams to triage incidents, assess change requests, and ensure timely, highquality delivery.
Conduct functional analysis and support solution design under the guidance of senior product leaders ensuring a fit to standard approach is adopted.
Participate in testing cycles including system integration testing (SIT) and user acceptance testing (UAT).
Maintain product documentation, release notes, and configuration guides.
Assist with backlog management, sprint planning, and prioritisation activities.
S/4HANA Programme Support
Provide support to the S/4HANA programme team during design, build, and deployment phases.
Help compare ECC and S/4 functional deltas relevant to Retail, supporting impact assessments.
