Product Manager

Summary: The Senior Technical Product Manager will play a crucial role in the Sales Operations team of a global media and information services organization, focusing on enhancing B2B go-to-market strategies. This contract position requires a candidate with extensive product management experience, particularly in Salesforce Sales Cloud, to lead cross-functional collaboration and drive project execution. The role emphasizes agile methodologies and effective stakeholder communication to ensure timely delivery of enhancements. The contract is for three months and is classified as outside IR35.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and prioritise the product backlog for Sales Operations-related Salesforce requests.
• Oversee and support delivery of platform enhancements, managing progress and resolving blockers.
• Partner with internal stakeholders to gather requirements and maintain transparent communication.
• Use data and business value to determine priorities and define clear project scopes.
• Identify potential issues early and implement solutions to mitigate delivery risks.
• Work with engineering teams to ensure delivered solutions are robust and aligned with stakeholder needs.
• Leverage agile methodologies to manage product development and drive efficiency.
• Maintain clear documentation of requirements, user stories, and progress updates.

Key Skills:

• Minimum of 3 years in product management or a related role within a B2B sales environment.
• Strong understanding of Sales Operations and CRM systems, particularly Salesforce.
• Demonstrated ability to manage and deliver a dynamic backlog of work.
• Comfortable working closely with technical teams and understanding Salesforce architecture.
• Strong skills in requirements gathering, stakeholder interviews, and writing user stories.
• Ability to navigate ambiguity and resolve complex issues.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Familiarity with agile frameworks and iterative delivery cycles.
