Summary: The Product Manager for Power Systems & Digital Innovation will lead the development of advanced digital products that integrate power system engineering with innovative technologies. This role focuses on driving innovation in energy generation, transmission, and distribution, particularly in support of renewable energy integration and Net Zero goals. The position requires collaboration with cross-functional teams and the ability to translate complex technical data into actionable insights. The role is based in Warwick, UK, with a hybrid working arrangement.
Key Responsibilities:
- Define and own the digital product vision & roadmap
- Lead scoping, requirements gathering, and feature prioritisation
- Manage cross-functional Agile delivery teams from concept to release
- Integrate emerging digital technologies into power system solutions
- Oversee development of tools/models for: Load flow & fault level analysis, Stability simulations (dynamic & transient), Optimal power flow studies, Renewable and distributed energy integration
- Ensure interoperability with PSS®E, DIgSILENT PowerFactory, PSCAD
- Translate complex modelling outputs into actionable insights for stakeholders
Key Skills:
- Proven product management experience in digital or energy sectors
- Strong knowledge of power system principles, modelling techniques & grid operations
- Proficiency in power system tools (PSS®E, PowerFactory, PSCAD, ETAP)
- Understanding of smart grids, storage, and renewable trends
- Excellent communication — able to simplify complex technical data for non-technical audiences
- Agile methodology experience (Scrum, SAFe)

Our client, a leading global organization and a top name in IT services, is looking for an experienced Product Manager to lead the delivery of cutting-edge digital products that combine power system engineering with advanced modelling and optimisation technologies. You will drive innovation in energy generation, transmission, and distribution — supporting renewable integration and enabling Net Zero ambitions.
